The latest and best in salmon processing technology will be firmly in focus at the 16th annual Marel Salmon ShowHow, taking place at Progress Point in Copenhagen, Denmark, 8 February 2017.
On display will be a wide spectrum of Marel's industry-leading equipment, including several new machines, standalone units and complete integrated processing lines, with ongoing live demonstrations being conducted throughout the day by the company's salmon team, in the 500m2 showroom.
