Yasuo Goto serves as Chief Executive Officer of Hagoromo Foods Corp. and has been its Chairman since June 2007. Mr. Goto Joined Hagoromo Foods Corporation in April 1978 and served as its General Manager of General Affairs Division since February 1980, Director of General Affairs Division since June 1983, Managing Director since June 1985 and President since June 1986. Mr. Goto joined Ajinomoto Co., Inc. in April 1971 and served there until March 1978. Mr. Goto has been the Chairman of Maruai, Inc. since April 2005. He serves as a Director of TIS Inc. and Thai Union Frozen Products Public Co. Ltd. He served as a Representative Director of Hagoromo since June 1986. Since February 2008, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Hagoromo Education and Research Encouragement Foundation. He holds Bachelor’s Degree from Keio University Japan.

Fresh cod exports grow but frozen cod sales fall Norway
A total of 5,700 tonnes of fresh cod, including fillets, were exported with a total value of USD 25.2 million in May, representing a 4 per cent growth in volume and a 12 per cent increase in value, according to the Norwegian Seafood Council.
