The average price of fillets –basa and panga- imported in June was USD 3,206/t, down 3% on that of May and 11% on that of June 2014. During the first six months of the year the average was USD 3,372/t, up 3% on that of the same period last year.

In June, incoming volumes of frozen fillets of basa and panga reported 9,385 tonnes, worth USD 30,086,000 CIF, up 6% in volume and 2% in value on those imported in the previous month and up 56% in volume and 39% in value on those imported in June 2014.

In the period, they totalled 54,709 tonnes and USD 184,500,000, up 20% in volume and 24% in value on those of 2014.
