The average CIF price of fillets –basa and panga- imported in November was USD 2,840/t, down 1% on that of October and 14% on that of November 2014. During the first eleven months of the year the average was USD 3,184/t, down 4% on that of the same period in 2014.

In November, incoming volumes of frozen fillets of basa and panga reported 10,154 tonnes, worth USD 28,836,000 CIF, up 15% in volume and 14% in value on those imported in the previous month and up 22% in volume and 5% in value on those imported in November 2014.

In the period, they totalled 98,757 tonnes and USD 314,444,000, up 11% in volume and 7% in value on those of 2014.
