The Ryco 860C LazerEye produces higher yields, higher throughput and higher productivity with reduced labour cost

Innovations in Seafood Processing Equipment

  (UNITED STATES, 7/31/2010)

For over 25 years RYCO's technology has been used throughout the seafood, poultry, and red meat industries. Ryco innovative machines are easy to operate by plant personnel without mechanical training. RYCO machines are some of the most reliable, many are still in service after 25 years.

RYCO products include: Blowers, Belt Scales, Conveyors, Filleters, Glazers, Headers and Gutters, Marine Scales, Mixers, Pinboners, Portioners, Sorters, Tote Dumpers, Weigh & Label, Wet Pumps, Complete Processing Systems and Standard or Custom Design.

RYCO 860C LazerEye

The new RYCO laser portioner machine is fast, accurate, and simple. The laser system measures the fillet in motion and then calculates cuts by weight or length to create maximum value portions. The optimized selection of multiple target portions allows maximum recovery. A servo driven blade cuts the product into the desired portions, straight, smooth, and precisely. It produces higher yields, higher throughput and higher productivity with reduced labor cost.
