Costa New Gourmet Fish Delicacies
(GERMANY, 11/19/2009)
Costa is now offering the retail trade two new fish filet delicacies: salmon trout and gilthead filets are especially produced for fish connoisseurs.
These filets are delivered in a natural skinned state and thus keep their aroma especially well when fried or grilled. Salmon trout has less fat than salmon and is very aromatic, and gilthead filet is appreciated for its firm meat and fine taste.
The premium quality of the new fish specialities is underlined by a new package design in warm and friendly colours like the golden logo and the appetizingly photographed products.
“With these new products supplementing Costa’s filet assortment, we offer the retail trade a chance to win real fish connoisseurs as regular customers“, explains Costa brand manager Malte Benesch.
