The amendment incorporates the formulas and procedures to determine the indicator of losses, and the sanitary indicator, corresponding to the percentage average of cages treated through immersion with pharmacological products for the control of calligidosis (PPJT) to determine the stocking reduction percentage.
This measure takes into account the new methodology for determining the biosecurity classification of the Salmon Species Concession Groups (ACS), introduced by the D.S. N° 216 of 2016, of the Ministry of Economy, Promotion and Tourism, which establishes that a projection of sanitary element must be carried out to determine the classification of ACS biosecurity.
The amendment will begin to be implemented to the ACS that initiate their sanitary break between October 2017 and March 2018 to determine the alternative and voluntary measure of stocking reduction percentage.
