On March the 8th 2018, The International Association for Women in the Seafood Industry (WSI), with the support of AFD French Development Agency and Matis Icelandic R&D company launches a « women in seafood » video contest. This competition will reward the best video to highlight the contribution of women in the seafood industry. Winners will be announced in September 2018.
One in two seafood worker is a woman. They are essential contributors to the industry but remain often ignored thus invisible. And if you are not seen you do not exist.
