Arbi pays special attention to food safety and nutrition, investing heavily in research and development of products that are not only top quality, but also right for a healthy, balanced diet, with a particular focus on child and family nutrition.

Arbi has 2 modern production facilities: one in Monsummano Terme (Pistoia, Italy) currently 16,000 m2 (the new factory being built will take this up to 29,000 m2) and another in Paliano (Frosinone, Italy) with an area of 18,000m2. It also owns a  logistics platform with a capacity of 31,000m2, an in-house Quality Laboratory and an industrial kitchen.

Arbi's products are distributed in Italy and abroad and its name has become a brand known and appreciated by consumers.

There is an old Italian saying – “the family is where we eat together” – which sums up the importance, in Italy, of eating together and spending time round the table. Arbi, too, is a large family that, in true Italian style, creates its recipes with lots of passion. Arbi’s dishes combine the fruits of the sea and of the earth, assembling them with great care, as their ancestors did, enabling consumers around the world to enjoy the real flavours of Tuscan cooking. Arbi carefully selects its fish in their countries of origin, carrying out strict quality checks.

In the quest of innovation, Arbi  has introduced the sealed cook-tray which was created in collaboration with top Italian and European food research centres. Its technology is totally groundbreaking and was developed exclusively for Arbi. In this tray with its plastic film cover – made of completely innovative, safe materials – the products cook evenly and perfectly, whether in a conventional oven or microwave.  Products cooked in the tray are effectively steamed delicately, maintaining the flavour of the fish and other raw ingredients. This type of packaging removes internal air, so the product stays protected and stable – and its organoleptic properties remain unaltered. With Arbi’s sealed cook-tray there is no need to defrost the product – simply take the cook-tray out of its box and place straight in the oven, without opening the film cover. Wait for the product to cook as indicated on the box, remove from oven, open the cook-tray and it’s ready to serve. No handling of fish, no dirty oven, no smells! Clean and simple!
