Sea Data Center, representing the Maritech software solution in Iceland, has signed a contract with Niceland Seafood on implementing Maritech´s new trading solution DigitalSeafood Purchase and Sales including traceability solutions and business-data analytics dashboards.
Niceland Seafood sells and exports seafood with a strong focus on the US market, one of their main marketing strategies is to deliver fresh Icelandic fish with full traceability from “sea to the pan”. The software solution covers the whole value chain of Niceland Seafood´s operations and will also optimize and automate their business processes. “With the software solutions, Niceland Seafood is getting an even better and more accurate overview of the traceability of their products as well as giving them full control and insight of their business operations” says Anna Björk Theodorsdottir, managing director of Sea Data Center.
