Although he tried, the Ventarrón and the Itxas Lur set sail. Due to technical problems, Ceres delayed her departure for today. Union of the guild violated sanitary protocols when carrying out the assemblies. The good thing for the union is that the ship Captain Giacchino would leave at the shrimp's agreement values. Cuts in Terminal 2 and 3 are announced next week.
The total stoppage in fishing that the SOMU determined as of the first hour of last Monday continues to deflate with the passing of days and in Mar del Plata port all eyes were focused on the deck of 'F/V Captain Giacchino', the freezer trawler of Ostramar , a company of the Caputo group.
Yesterday morning PUERTO MAGAZINE toured Pier 2 and the ship was still moored in the eighth section. A briefing meeting was held on board for all the crew and some union leaders led by Damián Basaill, the second from Ochagavia, who now seems to have taken a central role due to the departure of the Secretary General after signing the adjustment with the fresco cameras.
According to this means, all the earrings that the ship had had been lifted the day before by the Prefecture and had a green light to set sail. On the deck, the crewmen tried on their life jackets and listened to the arguments of the leaders to delay the departure. The act jeopardized sanitary protocols since people with bad habits were linked to others who were not.

The leaders explained what many already knew: that there was a measure of force and that until compulsory conciliation was issued, he would not be released and that it was not intended to resign the agreement ... Hours later, the same reasoning was applied by Juan Navarro to explain what few they understood. Why the only ship that was willing to pay according to the collective agreement 729, knot and origin of the measure of force originated by the union, was delayed.
This medium tried to contact Marcela Caputo to find out if the company would request conciliation but the call was never returned. Equally it was rare that the shipowner requested the intervention of the Ministry when it is not part of any of the business chambers that decided to keep the boats moored to the dock and not take them out to fish.
Local SOMU leaders left the port and went to the union headquarters where a group of sailors awaited fresh news of the evolution of the conflict. They insisted again with the speech that the employer's objective is to go for the agreement as a spearhead to advance against the rest of the benefits of the maritime workers.

From the premises of Avenida Edison, near midday, a procession went to the port with the aim of paralyzing the departure of a couple of freezer hake vessels. The Ceres had arrived on Monday with more than 600 tons and was moored in the sixth section, with the entire crew already on board, carrying supplies and cardboard boxes for the hake fillets that it catches, processes and freezes.
The intention to paralyze the freezer boats of companies adhering to CEPA as a way of pressing to speed up the departure of the freezing shrimp trawlers from that chamber, was confirmed by Juan Navarro himself.
The SOMU Fisheries Secretary again insisted on the general nature of the strike and revealed that CAPeCA had denounced the collective agreement the same day the hearing was held at the Ministry of Labor last Friday.

“That makes it clear that they are going for the agreement, what we have always said. They want a labor flexibility and we are not going to allow that. They ask to reduce L1 from $ 5,800 to $ 3,480, ”the leader reiterated.
After many twists and turns, the crew of the freezer refused to fold to the stop and leave the ship immobilized. Tense moments were experienced when Mariano Pérez, representative of Iberconsa, came out on the deck of the ship and asked them to let the ship work, where there was no conflict.

After an exchange of opinions, the crane that was loading the cardboard to the ship's hold began to make reverse movements that were accompanied by applause from the maritime workers. But then the situation changed and they recognized that they could not convince the embarked ones. A sign on the dock, treating them to rams, was the only possible answer.
At the end of the afternoon the boat was ready to go fishing but in the Prefecture (Coast Guard) doubts arose to give the authorization because the biosecurity on board at the assembly had been broken. But after analyzing the situation, it was considered that it was not necessary to carry out new swabs. The Ceres finally loosened moorings around 20 but due to a problem in the maneuver of departure with the tug, it was again delayed its departure which is expected to happen today. Hours earlier, without any setback or impediment, the Itxas Lur of the Moscuzza company had set sail.
In this scenario in which they did not stop accumulating rejections of the accession proposal, at SOMU they were determined to change the strategy and allow the Giacchino to set sail to show it as a triumph in the eyes of the business chambers with which it maintains the conflict.
From the SOMU they anticipated that in the coming days there could be more news and they do not rule out for next week a cut in access to Terminals 2 and 3, which would imply adding more workers to the measure of force that does not even have the solidarity of the union's own sailors.
